During the Orientation Session, you'll have the opportunity to meet your cohort members and learn how to maximize your experience in the Program. You will learn how to leverage the program's offerings and find answers to your questions, enabling you to start with a peace of mind and confidence that your leadership will be leveled up through this program.

Knowing our strengths and challenges empowers us to bring our best in every situation, even if it’s difficult.
You will learn how to find the most peace, fulfillment, and productivity by balancing our time focused on strengths and doing things that are more difficult, draining, and not natural to us.
By providing both support and challenge to the people you lead, you become a leader that others want to follow, not because they have to.
